Radish pickle recipe

  • 500g radish
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • pinch of salt

Mix the vinegar, sugar, water and salt together in a saucepan, bring the mixture to a boil over low heat. Boil gently for 4 minutes and remove from heat. Cut radish in circles and put them in the glass jar, packed tightly. When the vinegar mixture is luke warm, pour it into the jar with the pickles. Let it cool, then close the lid and refrigerate overnight.
